Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our Consumer Devices team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Analyze customer business strategies and technology roadmaps to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit
  • Build and present value propositions that define win-win solutions for Flex and potential customers
  • Align with customers on key technology, innovation, and supply chain initiatives
  • Assist current accounts in developing and executing product roadmaps and delivering Flex's solutions
  • Support and participate in management team negotiations on business matters
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of direct selling experience in the manufacturing services or supply chain space
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a team with ease
  • Strong drive for sales success
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to understand tech markets, products, and services preferred
