- A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, and more than 10 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
- Deep operations experience in a labour-intensive, global environment.
- Experience in Graphics preferred.
- Experience in lean/six sigma preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Superior quantitative and analytical skills.
- Exceptional empathy, compassion, and ability to connect with all regardless of station, title, position, or background.

Qualifications- Education: Bachelors or better.
