National Sales Director

The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing Account Executive team in addition to formulating integrated sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Strong Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Conduct Performance Evaluations: Regularly assess and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team growth.
- Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to define sales goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Evaluate Market Trends: Identify new opportunities for growth by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Oversee Sales Budgets: Ensure alignment with company financial goals by managing sales budgets and monitoring performance against budget and forecast.
- Analyze Sales Data: Measure effectiveness and optimize resource allocation by analyzing sales data and metrics.
- Implement Pipeline Management: Ensure visibility and accuracy of sales opportunities by implementing effective pipeline management processes.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Qualify leads, prioritize opportunities, and drive sales cycle efficiency by working closely with sales team members.
- Define Key Performance Indicators: Establish benchmarks for success by defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Monitor KPIs: Track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement by regularly monitoring KPIs.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement new processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Provide insights into sales performance, trends, and forecasts by preparing regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Communicate Effectively: Ensure transparency and alignment on sales objectives, initiatives, and results by communicating effectively with the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven Track Record: Success in sales leadership roles, with experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sales team members, senior management, and customers.
- Leadership Qualities: Vision, decisiveness, resilience, and adaptability.
