We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in national account management and a strong understanding of our company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement national sales strategies to increase sales and profits through national customers
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Grow existing annual customer revenue by 5-10% through new products, services, and locations
- Travel extensively to visit existing and prospective clients
- 5-7 years of business-to-business sales experience
- 7-10 years of business operations management experience, including P&L responsibilities
- Major account management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree strongly preferred
- Comprehensive benefit programs and services, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plan
- 120 hours of vacation, 16 hours of floating holidays, and paid sick time
- 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year
The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $185,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus based on incentive plan.
