Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer-facing team at MiniMoves, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to self-motivate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of customer-facing staff to ensure high levels of service
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns
