We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Torrid. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of retail operations.

  • Provide support and assistance to the store management team through daily store opening and closing operations.
  • Maintain a clean and consistent store environment.
  • Perform register functions and utilize sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
  • Assume responsibility for all store operations when the Store Management is out of the store as acting Manager on Duty.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year. Benefits include 401K with Company match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), and Tuition reimbursement.
