Senior Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:

- Conduct thorough analyses of customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable solutions.
What You'll Need:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation management, customer service, marketing).
- At least 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on relationship building and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional listening skills, combined with effective written and verbal communication skills.
