Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
- Oversee and coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including agenda development and follow-up actions.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Support the planning and execution of significant corporate events.
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and AI technologies to optimize workflows.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach to task management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and AI applications.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
