Front Office Director

We're seeking a seasoned hotel front desk manager to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and analyze occupancy reports and financial data for the general manager
- Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff, promoting a culture of excellent guest service and adherence to hotel policies
- Engage with guests through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Oversee front desk operations, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth guest experience
- Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies
- Strong bookkeeping skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- At least one year of prior hospitality experience, preferably in a front desk or supervisory role
- Over two years of experience in office management within the hospitality industry
