Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned hotel front desk manager to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze occupancy reports and financial data for the general manager
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff, promoting a culture of excellent guest service and adherence to hotel policies
  • Engage with guests through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Oversee front desk operations, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth guest experience
  • Manage the front desk budget and procure necessary office supplies
Requirements
  • Strong bookkeeping skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
  • At least one year of prior hospitality experience, preferably in a front desk or supervisory role
  • Over two years of experience in office management within the hospitality industry
