Front Desk Manager Job Description

The Front Desk Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at Sonesta International Hotels. As a key member of the Front Office team, this individual will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and maintain front office systems, including PMS and other software
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
