About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Programs Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Loyola Marymount University. This is a critical role that requires exceptional administrative support, logistical coordination, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office of International Programs and Partnerships, including coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing delegation visits.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the office by handling correspondence, processing reports, securing documents, and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Support event planning logistics for international programs, including space reservations, catering, setup, and attendance management.
  • Assist with marketing and promotion, including printing, design, and social media posts, as well as supporting website content management.
  • Process financial-related tasks in Workday and collaborate with Student Financial Services to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
  • Liaise with faculty, staff, and university offices to support international programs, attending relevant campus events as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about global education trends.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in international education; strong presentation and marketing skills a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse constituencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with campus software platforms and data management systems preferred.
