Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative at Nomad, you'll work closely with our team members to provide prompt, courteous, and effective customer support via email, live chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers
  • Assist with product availability and order status inquiries
  • Support customers with promotional and website-related issues
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay informed about Nomad products, promotions, and policies to empower customers
Requirements
  • Availability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service, E-commerce, or related fields is a plus
