Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, evaluate their insurance needs, and suggest appropriate coverage solutions.

Policy Oversight: Support clients in managing their insurance policies, including modifications, renewals, and claims assistance.

Customer Assistance: Deliver prompt and effective customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, policy information, and service requests.


Qualifications

Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is beneficial.
