Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial transactions, customer service, and shipping and logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management: Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and payments.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate shipping and logistics, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling pick-ups.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll, manage employee timecards, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, accounting, or related field
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software; excellent written and verbal communication skills
