We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our sales team, specifically targeting the New England area. This is an exceptional opportunity for career advancement with unlimited growth and earning potential in the dental equipment and software industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory, collaborating closely with management, inside sales teams, and channel partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Carestream Dental solutions and aggressively pursue sales opportunities with a focus on digital imaging equipment and practice management solutions.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships through virtual meetings and occasional office visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage in marketing campaigns, including virtual office visits and cold calling, to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop customized pricing quotes to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain lists of customer references within the assigned territory.
  • Represent Carestream Dental at online trade shows, user meetings, and virtual dental events to establish thought leadership and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of documented success in outside sales roles, consistently delivering and exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Proven track record of closing new business deals while maintaining existing customer relationships, with a minimum success rate of 80%.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and distribution channel partners at all levels.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of how to translate solutions into customer profit drivers.
  • A self-motivated and outgoing individual with a passion for career development, rather than simply a job.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, plus commission pay. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Work Environment:

This is a remote-based position, requiring minimal travel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and utilizing technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers. A strong internet connection and reliable computer equipment are essential for success in this role.

Location:

Candidates must reside in Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island and be willing to relocate before starting work if necessary.
