Executive Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Boston area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.

About the Role:

  • Demonstrate high level market knowledge and discuss Natixis investment solutions within the current economic environment.
  • Proactive sales outreach to both new and existing financial advisor clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Build an efficient and thoughtful outreach strategy incorporating both Company and regional goals.
  • Meet or exceed regional sales targets and deliver on key firm initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities and grow existing client base by using data, profiling clients, fostering leads and closing business both independently and/or in partnership with the field sales teams.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience required, preferably within the mutual fund or asset management industry.
  • SIE, Series 7 & 63 licenses (or equivalent) required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of investment trends and the financial advisory business.
  • Understanding of sales technology tools a plus (i.e. Seismic, Salesforce, Y Charts, MPI etc).
  • Ability to work in team environment and build partnerships to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering effective results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • High degree of self motivation and a desire to have a sales career with upward progression in client facing roles.

  • Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
