About the Role

This is a senior leadership position at Morgan Truck Body, responsible for driving sales growth in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the commercial truck body market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed business plan goals
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including distributors, regional lease operators, and fleet accounts
  • Oversee management of the regional chassis pool and forecast and manage regional sales and expense budgets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience, including at least five years of sales leadership experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the medium-duty truck market, customer segments, and sales strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in product knowledge and associated processes within the company
  • Ability to travel throughout the region to meet customer needs and sales
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Problem-solving ability
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Morgan Truck Body offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan with company match.
