Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Oracle Health Sales Development team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, social selling, and referrals.
  • Account Penetration: Develop and execute account penetration strategies to expand our presence in existing customer accounts.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, including field sales, support, and education sales, to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
