Martin Sprocket & Gear, a leading organization in the Power Transmission and Bulk Material Handling Industry, is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with Outside Sales to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Offer technical expertise to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
