Operiamo a livello nazionale e siamo alla ricerca di Specialisti per il Supporto Clienti - Team Relazioni Clienti per guidare la nostra crescita e diventare il leader nel nostro settore.
OBIETTIVI
- Effettuare più di 6 ore di consulenze individuali al giorno in un orario lavorativo di 8 ore.
- Gestire e completare oltre 40 clienti attivi al mese.
- Raccogliere i pagamenti dovuti per i servizi di consulenza.
- Ottenere testimonianze dai clienti una volta completato il finanziamento.
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni con clienti e aziende.
- Comunicare con i clienti e prenotare autonomamente appuntamenti in base alle loro esigenze.
- Gestire situazioni difficili e incoraggiare i clienti a concentrarsi sulle soluzioni.
- Monitorare i progressi dei clienti, riportare i risultati e identificare aree di miglioramento.
- Coordinarsi con i team interni per garantire che le esigenze dei clienti siano soddisfatte e che eventuali preoccupazioni siano affrontate tempestivamente.
- Supportare i clienti nella preparazione e presentazione delle domande di finanziamento.
- Fornire una guida completa durante il processo di finanziamento, risolvendo dubbi e offrendo consigli.
- Praticare per oltre un'ora al giorno per sviluppare continuamente le proprie capacità comunicative e acquisire fiducia nel processo di consulenza.
- Registrare statistiche accurate alla fine della giornata.

- Disponibilità a lavorare nei fine settimana, se necessario.
