Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sandwich Artisan/Cashier to join our team at Capriotti's Sandwich Shop. As a Sandwich Artisan/Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our award-winning subs, soups, and salads to our customers. You will also be responsible for operating a cash register and handling customer transactions. Our team members enjoy industry-leading employee satisfaction and retention, as well as opportunities for career advancement. Our starting hourly rate is $13, with average tips of $3 per hour, bringing our starting hourly rate to approximately $16 per hour. We have a 90-day review process, after which advancement opportunities are made available for strong performers.
