Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive business growth.
• Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored lending solutions.
• Collaborating with our commercial team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
Your Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial lending or a related field, preferably in a bank or financial institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and financial assessment skills, with a keen understanding of credit risk and financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $75,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience, plus bonus and benefits.
