Senior Scientist, In Vivo PET Tracer Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled scientist to support critical PET radiotracer development activities, advancing imaging biomarker discovery and development for neurology, immunology, and rare disease indications.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute in vivo animal studies to develop novel PET tracers for neurology, immunology, and rare disease programs
- Support projects using multiple therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, antisense oligonucleotides, antibodies, and gene therapy
- Maintain and troubleshoot related instruments and methods, including PET, CT, gamma counters, etc.
- Collaborate with EHS and radiation safety officers to ensure a safe work environment
- PhD with 2-5 years of experience
- Ability to design and execute PET/SPECT imaging experiments independently
- Experience working with radioactive materials and laboratory animals
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following therapeutic modalities: small molecules, antisense oligonucleotides, antibodies, gene therapy
- 2-5 years of experience in PET/SPECT tracer development
- Knowledge of preclinical PET image analysis techniques and software (e.g., VivoQuant)
- Biochemistry laboratory techniques (e.g., SDS-PAGE, ELISA), fluorescence microscopy, tissue staining/histology, in vitro cell culture
- Background in immunology or related diseases
