The Role

We are seeking a Senior Scientist to join our LNP Platform team. This individual will be a major contributor to the development of various molecular/biochemistry assays, including ELISAs/BLI and LNP encapsulation/DLS.

Key Responsibilities

Implement capabilities to support targeting studies, including the development of various molecular/biochemistry assays.

Design and test bioconjugation strategies for delivery vehicles.

Contribute to LNP formulations and in vivo studies in relevant models.

Collaborate cross-functionally across various teams.

Evaluate, interpret, and compile relevant data to present to internal interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

MS (5+ years experience), or PhD (2+ years experience) in a life sciences/biochemistry/biological sciences discipline.

Technical understanding of biochemical assays, including ELISAs/BLI, PCR, etc.

Experience working with formulation of LNPs, liposomes, polymer-based nanoparticles, or similar, and in vivo models.

Familiarity with common analytical methods used to characterize LNPs.

A team player able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Excellent communication skills; capable of effectively conveying technical information to various stakeholders.
