Job Summary

The Hospital Partnership Liaison plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships between NFH and hospital partners, driving donation growth, and enhancing the overall quality of care for donor families. This dynamic individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve donation rates, reducing barriers to donation, and promoting a culture of donation within assigned hospitals.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Hospital Outreach & Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital leaders, physicians, nurses, and other key stakeholders to advance donation objectives.
  • Foster a culture of donation within assigned hospitals by promoting education, awareness, and community engagement.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance donation rates and quality of care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address compliance gaps and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Education & Training:
  • Design and deliver educational programs to promote donation awareness and understanding among hospital staff and the broader community.
  • Leverage technology and innovative solutions to enhance the donation process and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, marketing, communications, business development, or social work. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
