Job Summary:

We are seeking a Process Supervisor to join our team at Louisville MSD. As a Process Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising personnel, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining treatment plants and pumping stations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in wastewater treatment and a strong understanding of principles, practices, laws, and regulations related to the field. A Class III Kentucky Wastewater Treatment License is required, or the ability to obtain one within six months.

This role offers a competitive salary of $67,433.60 - $103,708.80 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care plans, dental benefits, group disability/life insurance benefits, retirement plans, and more.

  • Supervise personnel and oversee daily operations of treatment plants and pumping stations
  • Implement procedures for process operation to ensure compliance with MSD and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in wastewater treatment or related field
  • Class III Kentucky Wastewater Treatment License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Valid driver's license
