Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Manage the execution of performance review processes and compensation adjustments.
  • Partner with employment counsel and managers on employee relations and policy-related matters.
  • Coordinate with payroll manager to ensure proper submissions, filings, and reports.
  • Administer leaves of absence, compensation changes, benefits, and personal data changes.
  • Maintain and communicate HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Regularly maintain employee personnel records and ensure they contain required documentation.
  • Track Paid Time Off, sick leave, and other leaves of absence.
  • Coordinate with talent acquisition and managers on candidate, new hire, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in planning employee events and propose and maintain employee engagement activities calendars.
  • Prepare and manage employee training calendars.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources operations, including compensation, benefits, HRIS, and performance management processes.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and HR information systems, as well as the ability to quickly learn and leverage technology.
  • Experience with benefits renewals and open enrollment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
