As a Customer Success Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Success team, analyzing data to provide actionable insights that maximize our clients' growth potential, drive new partnerships, and identify potential churn risks.
Furthermore, you will engage with clients to collect feedback, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for automation and improvements within our platform.
This position requires a blend of exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating, and a strong analytical mindset.
Core Competencies and Required Experience:
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Qualifications in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• Detail-oriented with efficient task prioritization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Relationship-building capabilities with clients; experience in customer success or account management is a plus
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work while collaborating with internal teams
• Experience as a Data Analyst in retail, financial services, or B2C environments is advantageous
• SQL proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with SFDC or other CRM software is required
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills are essential
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, DOMO, or similar) is required
• Knowledge of the affiliate marketing or performance marketing industry is a plus
Essential Responsibilities:
• Analyze data to provide insights on client growth potential to align engagement efforts
• Utilize data to forecast the most beneficial products or services for clients
• Collect information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends
• Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs
• Develop dashboards and reports in Domo, Looker, and SFDC
• Offer trend analysis and actionable insights on new and existing partnerships
• Assess the effectiveness of advertisers' campaigns and strategies
• Translate complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and reports
• Conduct ad hoc benchmarking and gap analysis research for clients
• Identify automation opportunities and areas for platform improvement
• Define methods and metrics for measuring progress and success
• Provide customer insights and share optimization opportunities based on data
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
Salary Range:
$75,000-$85,000 + Variable Commission Plan (Additional $18,000 - $21,250 on top of base) and eligibility for a generous Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
This pay range reflects the Company's belief in equitable compensation for this position at the time of posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the position's requirements. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
