About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global partnerships strategy, driving growth and innovation through strategic alliances and collaborations.

As Vice President of Global Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Mastercard's business objectives and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a global partnership strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market presence.
  2. Lead a high-performing team of partnership professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  3. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, defining the desired profile(s) of potential partners.
  4. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with existing partners and cultivate new relationships.
  5. Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and contract development.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partnership integration.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  8. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
  9. Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize the ROI of partnership initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of channel, partnerships, or relevant sales experience.
  2. Ability to build, lead and inspire high-performing and cross-functional teams.
  3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of the global Identity ecosystem and market dynamics.
  5. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Analytical, growth mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  7. International experience and a global network of industry contacts preferred.
  8. Strategic, innovative thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  9. Willingness to travel as required for partnership development.
