Growth Analyst

As a Growth Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the company's growth by analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Pipeline Optimization: Analyze and optimize Vontive's loan pipeline to maximize efficiency and conversion rates from new leads to fully closed loans.
- Biweekly Reviews: Conduct detailed reviews of each Loan Officer's pipeline at the start and middle of each month to set accurate forecasts and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Act swiftly and proactively to unblock loans facing obstacles such as missing offer acceptance, missing borrower information, appraisal delays, and insurance/title/valuation needs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to interpret pipeline data and generate plans for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across sales, underwriting, collateral, and engineering to address pipeline challenges and implement solutions.
- Education: Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Sales Pipeline Analyst, Financial Analyst, Growth Manager or a similar position within the financial services, lending, or technology industries.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deal with multiple streams of complex information on a daily basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and collaborate effectively with team members.
