Compensation and Benefits:

Ideal Candidates:
Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have prior experience in retail or sales (preferred).

Exhibit strong critical thinking abilities, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in multitasking.

Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.

Have a passion for holistic wellness and a basic understanding of massage and skincare services.

Daily Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood.

Educate clients on the benefits of Total Body Care, promote new and enhanced services, sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program, schedule future appointments, and encourage retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.

Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing appointment schedules, answering inquiries via phone and email, and addressing any questions.

Assist in growing and maintaining a loyal client base through both in-person interactions and outreach efforts.

Support our Service Providers in delivering outstanding care.
