Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to donors, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Donation Processing: Sort and log donations, including eWaste, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on donations and sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on providing excellent service.
