Key Responsibilities
  • Process donations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to donor inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Goodwill's high standards of quality and safety
  • Sort and price donated items, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Assist with lifting and moving donations, as needed
Requirements
  • Previous retail and/or stock handling experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of barcode scanning
