Job Title: Donation Attendant

At Greenfield Store (University & Greenfield), we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and ensuring the efficient processing of donations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and process donations from customers in a courteous and expedient manner.
  • Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor, adhering to Goodwill's standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all donors.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items to and from vehicles.
  • Maintain the placement of all merchandise and the organization of the production room, adhering to PPM standards.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections on company-owned equipment and ensure compliance with safety rules.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
