Responsibilities:

* Accept and process donations from customers with exceptional customer service
* Label and organize donations in the production room or sales floor
* Provide receipts to donors and ensure accurate documentation
* Identify and handle hazardous materials, providing disposal locations to customers
* Assist with loading and unloading furniture and large items
* Maintain a clean and organized production room and sales floor
* Operate pallet jack and walkie stacker safely
* Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety rules
* Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to pass a forklift certification class
* Proficient in English language
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
