We are dedicated to providing our guests with a unique and memorable experience, and we are seeking a talented Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage food and beverage operations and standards, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes.
  • Forecast and manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with food and beverage vendors, negotiating prices and ensuring that we receive the best possible quality.
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including supervising staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage safety regulations are met, and that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, responding to complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with marketing events and promotions, helping to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Create and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs, ensuring that we are meeting our business objectives.
  • Hire, train, and manage food and beverage staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage management.
  • Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management systems.
  • Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to forecast food and beverage needs and manage inventory effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Great delegation skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
