We are dedicated to providing our guests with a unique and memorable experience, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage food and beverage operations and standards, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that are creative, appealing, and aligned with our brand.
  • Forecast and manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with food and beverage vendors, negotiating prices and terms that benefit our business.
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations, including supervising staff, managing cash handling, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, responding to complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with marketing events and promotions, working closely with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive sales and revenue.
  • Create and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs, ensuring that our team is aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Hire, train, and manage food and beverage staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage management.
  • Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management systems.
  • Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets, ensuring that our restaurant is profitable and sustainable.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to forecast food and beverage needs, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to our guests.
  • Great delegation skills, with the ability to empower and motivate our team to achieve their best.
