Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Knewsales Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to sales team members
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Strong coaching and training skills

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
