About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Knewsales Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales targets and hours are met
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales management or team leadership experience
  • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Intermediate to advanced tech knowledge
