We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Knewsales Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales targets and hours are met
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales management or team leadership experience
- Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Intermediate to advanced tech knowledge
- Guaranteed base salary of $52,000 per year
- Uncapped commissions on approved sales
