Job Title: Territory Sales Manager-Industrial Sales

The modern sales landscape has evolved, and we're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our industrial sales efforts. As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing trade show contacts, and prospecting for new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our engineering department to develop custom applications and solutions for customers.
  • Manage a territory to ensure optimal sales coverage and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers and software applications.
  • Self-motivated with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
