Position Overview:

We are seeking a PCA Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts. This role will report directly to the Assistant Director of Personal Care, Branch Director of Personal Care, or Branch Manager of Personal Care. The primary responsibility is to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure compliance for all new hires within the facility by utilizing strong research and technical skills. This includes analyzing competitor organizations, establishing sourcing pipelines, and networking effectively. The role involves proactive outreach through cold calling and social networking to identify potential candidates before creating a talent pool for future needs.

  • Conducts the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial consultations with clients to candidate outreach, qualification screening, referrals, interview coordination, offer extensions, and candidate onboarding to fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Engages in initial discussions with hiring managers to clarify role specifications, recruitment strategies, and the selection process.
  • Innovates and implements creative recruitment strategies (including social networking, events, and outreach initiatives) to build a strong candidate pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $68,000 and $70,000 per year, with variations based on factors such as location, experience, education, skills, certifications, and departmental equity. Gentiva offers a comprehensive benefits and rewards package, of which base salary is just one component.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in a metrics-driven recruitment environment, including both corporate and agency recruitment models.
