Business Development Lead

Alexander Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead the growth of new client relationships and opportunities within target industries.
This key role involves strategically leveraging our intellectual property and leadership community to schedule prospect meetings, create openings, and position the firm for success.
The successful candidate will be a creative and diligent professional with a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in business-to-business markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing customized outreach and marketing campaigns to generate interaction and engagement with senior executives
- Building and nurturing relationships with industry leaders and practice groups
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive strategic growth initiatives
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential opportunities
- Driving individual performance metrics and delivering results-driven outcomes
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $70,000-80,000 base plus bonus and support our team members with comprehensive training and development programs.
