**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage strategic and tactical plans for each direct report with accurately projected profits and costs along with projected use of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Analyze, understand, and stay ahead of the market, including unmet customer needs, pricing, and competitors.
  • Utilize and train for best practices, including creating safe and efficient work environments, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and managing claims for personnel and equipment.

**Leadership Expectations:**

  • Manage, train, and mentor for best practices to motivate and maximize the performance of every person on your team.
  • Share our passion for accountability, performance, customer service, and continuously improving the work environment.
  • Create and maintain a training/learning/mentoring curriculum that encourages achieving greater performance and desire to advance within the organization.
  • Communicate and promote the Company goals, culture, and the value of a workforce.

**Financial Oversight:**

  • Oversee every financial aspect from the top to the bottom-line, including revenue, profitability, costs, budgets, labor, equipment, materials, and performance metrics to ensure successful operations.
  • Implement best practices for financial management and produce meaningful reports that improve and optimize processes and effective use of resources, technology, assets, and performance.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of five (5) years of successful landscape maintenance and commercial experience as a Branch Manager or with a track record of successful results.
  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience in the green industry, including horticulture, landscape, agriculture, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Manage a high-performance team that achieves maximum contribution and will advance within the organization.
