Key ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes:
- Collaborating with supervisors and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Assessing candidate qualifications through initial interviews, reference checks, and alignment with job specifications.
- Creating and managing job postings across various platforms, ensuring they reach the right audience.
- Maintaining accurate records of applicants and employees within our recruitment software.
- Coordinating a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Implementing comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract candidates from diverse sources, including job boards and industry events.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and enhance processes.
- Representing the organization at job fairs and other recruitment events.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Relevant work experience in lieu of a formal degree.
- Proven expertise in recruitment methodologies and best practices.
- A track record of successful client relationship management with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to meet client needs effectively.
- Experience in a dynamic recruiting environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
