We seek a motivated talented Product Management Manager to help plan and deliver these capabilities within the various Loss Prevention initiatives. The LP Global Solution Delivery Team thrives on strong relationships with our business partners and works diligently to address their needs to support Clients growth and operational stability. On this fastpaced solution delivery team you will be challenged to stretch and think outside the box. **Key Responsibilities** Owner of creating managing & prioritizing product features using a backlog including expertise in serving as the ultimate authority; agrees upon DoD & supports the flow of work at the Program layer Key owner & driver of strategic themes & roadmap for the Product lifecycle including expertise in guiding the product through the lifecycle states including creating & management of rolling wave plans Responsible for ensuring that Value Streams are creating feasible and sustainable products & solutions Owns outlining & prioritizing enabler work including ensuring work is understood & execution coincides with business value work Key participant in supporting and reviewing system demos to ensure demonstrated delivered work aligns with targeted bus value deliverables & scope Responsible for managing vendor relationships including expertise in ensuring targeted vendor deliverables meet our product needs including timely alignment Conducts customer satisfaction surveys/analysis validates customer response provides fast feedback prioritizes defect resolution & enhancements Works effectively with all levels and roles including fully understanding R&Rs of the PO team stakeholders & other teams **Minimum Qualifications (Requirements)** 8 plus years of product management experience (managing the process not people; however if converted down the road this role could manage people) Jira and Confluence experience (required) Excellent Networking and Influencing skills. Experience managing or coaching Product talent. Strong organizational and followthrough skills Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Expert in understanding business needs converting those into epics creating managing & prioritizing product features and product backlog. Ability to handle a complex portfolio comprising of multiple epics in a fastpaced environment.
