Job Summary

AmTrust Financial Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Accounts Receivable Collections to oversee a team of collectors responsible for clearing aged receivables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of collectors to achieve collection goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and training to collectors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial operations, with a focus on collections.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
