As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing the receivables and credit processes for our key clients. Your contributions will be integral to our Total Quality Management initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement aimed at reducing costs, enhancing cycle times, boosting sales and gross profit, and elevating customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough analyses of account information to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions for process enhancements.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to the Receivables, Credit, and Treasury functions, identifying optimal automated solutions.
- Assess unique billing scenarios, develop solutions, and create and execute improvement plans.
- Prepare month-end reconciliation worksheets for various Accounts Receivable General Ledger accounts.
- Perform duties for significant clients akin to an Account Analyst, including cash application when necessary.
- Utilize Equifax reporting tools to assist in credit evaluations for service centers and field management.
- Act as a backup for month-end internal and external reporting, as well as bank corrections and error processing.
