Job Overview

Position Title: Office Support Coordinator
Compensation: $15.94 per hour
Contract Duration: 12 months

Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Role Summary:
Under moderate supervision, the Office Support Coordinator is responsible for managing the collection, sorting, and preparation of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages. This role also involves operating printing equipment to fulfill customer requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the receipt and delivery of mail and packages, including inter-company correspondence and third-party deliveries.
2. Ensure timely delivery of mail while adhering to established operational procedures.
3. Operate mailing machinery such as Folder & Inserter, postage systems, and internal tracking systems.
4. Process print and form job requests through various communication methods.
5. Utilize print center equipment, including copiers, folding machines, and other binding tools.
6. Assemble, bind, and package print jobs for distribution.
7. Verify the quality and accuracy of print jobs and maintain adequate inventory of print supplies.
8. Understand and utilize technical terminology related to the print industry for effective communication with technicians as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of one year in a customer service role.
Licenses/Certifications: A valid state driver's license is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:
1. Standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
2. Basic computer proficiency is essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Willingness to learn software such as Adobe Acrobat Professional and internal reporting systems.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
5. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Physical Demands:
1. Ability to lift loads up to 50 pounds safely.
2. Capability to walk at a moderate pace for extended periods.
3. Ability to stand for 6-7 hours daily.

Note:
This position is intended as a long-term contract role and is not designed for conversion to a permanent position.
