Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at the City of Tulsa. As an Office Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
Assist with special projects and events as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working various days, evenings, or overnights.
No shift is guaranteed until hired.
Days off may not be typical weekends, but could be during the week.
