Healthcare Data Analyst

Lantana Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join their team. As a distributed company, Lantana offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing employee-owned organization that takes pride in improving public health, quality of care, and research.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, epidemiology, or a related field, with experience working with healthcare data sets and analytical tools such as SAS, R, or Python. They will be responsible for analyzing complex data, conducting quality checks, and developing materials to support project implementation.
The Public Health Consultant will work closely with the project team to plan, develop, and implement projects and materials, providing actionable insights to clients through data analysis and statistical methodology. They will also be responsible for communicating with clients, management, and staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
The Statistical Analyst will utilize their analytical skills and public health knowledge to provide data-driven insights to support decision-making at Lantana. They will work with large datasets, performing quality control checks and developing materials to support project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics and experience working with healthcare data sets.
